Skillet Robbery

joy wang thinks shes so funny....


anyways, so on this past sunday night, grace returns from her worship team meeting when mel, joy and i are sitting in the dark, watching through some previews, waiting to watch Music & Lyrics. as the previews are going, we hear some bizarre knocking on our porch window/door, and so joy and mel get up to inspect it and see who knocked. initially we think that its just someone goofing off and being stupid...but it was too dark for them to get a good look.

before we realize what happens our front door swings OPEN and theres tons of screaming and chaos!! ahhhhhhhhhh!!!! the sounds of screaming resounds around the apartment as two masked guys with their hoods pulled over their heads, storm in, yelling at us!!! and we all FREAK! mel and joy are still standing by the door and i, idiotically pull a blanket over my head! hahahah but when we looked closer, we realize that one of those dudes is screaming with a skillet/frying pan attached to his hand! what an idiot, right?? hahah

turns out, our evil roommate, grace, set us up! she collaborated with king choi and eric to scare the heck outta us. in my defense, i felt like i was only screaming cause they were screaming at us...but i cant explain my reaction of pulling a blanket over myself. :/ but i did have a gut feeling that i knew these guys, so i didnt get THAT freaked out. and mel claims that she did not scream at all, which is hard to believe...since she screams at little bugs and geckos so easily, but you'll have to wait for the next post for that story.
